This Return & Refund Policy governs the sale of products by Wall Of Story (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website and applies to all purchases made via our WooCommerce-powered store.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. General Information

Wall Of Story sells print-on-demand wall art, photography fine art prints, and digital products.
All physical products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Gelato.

Due to the customized nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Physical Products (Wall Art & Fine Art Prints)


2.1 Non-Returnable Items

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products due to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, format, or artwork selected by the customer

Personal preference or aesthetic dissatisfaction

Minor color variations caused by differences in screen displays, lighting, or print processes

All physical products are produced specifically for each order and are therefore non-resalable.

2.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will provide a replacement or refund only if the product:

Arrives damaged

Is defective due to a manufacturing error

Is materially different from what was ordered

To report an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Required Evidence

To be eligible for a claim, you must provide:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product

Clear photographs of the original packaging

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

Once approved, we will, at our discretion:

Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund to the original payment method

This process follows the production and quality standards of our fulfillment partner, Gelato.

3. Refund Processing (Physical Products)

Approved refunds will be processed through WooCommerce to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

4. Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable art and photography files) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, the sale is considered final.

If you experience technical issues with your digital download, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance to resolve the issue.

5. Order Cancellations
Physical Products

Orders for physical print-on-demand products may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production with Gelato, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Digital Products

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed.

6. Third-Party Fulfillment (Gelato)

All physical products are produced and shipped by Gelato, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Production timelines, packaging, and print variations follow Gelato’s manufacturing standards

Replacement or refund decisions related to production defects are subject to verification

This policy is aligned with Gelato’s quality assurance and fulfillment practices.
